Q. Do you mail orders to the USA?
A.  Yes, in fact we mail order to all corners of the known universe.
Q.  How much is the cost in my currency?
A.  First of all, our prices are in British Pounds, and all transactions are made in British Pounds.For customers who live outside the United Kingdom and who pay for their order with a Credit Card, the Credit Issuer will convert the transacted amount from British Pounds into the appropriate currency at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the conversion.

Q. What method of payment do you accept?  
A. For customers living in the UK: Cheques, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards e.g. Switch, Electron, Solo, Delta For customers living outside the UK: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer
Q. Do you sell trousers/pants and boots to go with your uniform tops? 
A. No
Q. Does the Uniform come with rank pins and comm badges?
A. No, these are sold separately.  Please see the Accessories page.
Q.  Is the price inclusive of tax and shipping?
A.  The price is inclusive of all UK Taxes, but exclude shipping.  For shipping information please see the Delivery Chart page.
Q.  Do you do custom made uniforms?  
A.  Yes, but only the Grey Top or the White Jacket both of which can be viewed by visiting the Uniforms page.
Q.   How long does it take for my order to reach me?
A.  This depends on where you live.  Orders are dispatched immediately upon receipt of payment (for credit card payments). Cheques will have to clear before goods can be sent.  For further information, please visit the Delivery Chart page
Q.  How do you send the order? 
A.  We use the Royal Mail letter service for small orders. For large orders we sometimes use Courier Companies.  This is used for both orders within the UK and outside the UK (Airmail for overseas). Please note these are not time guaranteed services.
Q.  If I need my order urgently and I am willing to pay higher shipping charges, can you do this for me?
A.  Yes, but please be aware that this higher shipping charge can sometimes cost as much as the order itself, as we have no control over what Couriers charge.
Q.  If I bought the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?
A.  Yes, but please do use our size chart page to assist you to determine which of our sizes is most suitable for you. Please also take time to observe the terms of service page.   
Q.  Do you accept returns for refund?
